We (Ashlytic Labs) do not collect any personal information that identifies you. The game has no accounts. To understand how the game is played and to fix crashes, it uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics (Google services): they record app interactions (for example levels played, coins earned and spent, ads watched), in-app purchase events (the item and price, never payment details), crash reports and device diagnostics, together with a random app-instance ID. The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: optional rewarded ads (you choose to watch one for a power-up, coins, a rescue or a heart) and, from level 15, a short ad between some levels. Buying No Ads removes the ads between levels; rewarded ads stay optional. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares with Google: your device's advertising ID, approximate location (derived from your IP address), app interactions (for example ad views and taps) and diagnostics (crash and performance data). Your choices: in the EEA, UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before personalised ads and analytics, and you can change it any time from the game's settings. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device's Settings › Google › Ads.
You can buy coins, a small bundle and No Ads in the game's shop. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play: we never see your card, UPI or other payment details. Google gives the game a signed confirmation of the purchase (the item and an order number) so the game can deliver the item. The game downloads its settings (for example which world a level is drawn in) from our server. These requests carry no personal information; like any web request they include your IP address, which our hosting provider may keep briefly in its standard logs for security. We do not use it to identify you.
If you allow notifications, the game shows at most one reminder a day: when your hearts are full again after you left with some used up, and come-back reminders over the first days after you last played (for example "A new picture is waiting"), then on days 10, 14, 21 and 30, and once a month after that. Half of players get two extra reminders (on day 5 and day 7) so we can learn whether they help; this uses only a random number stored on your device. Opening the game cancels the reminders and schedules new ones from that moment. All reminders are scheduled on your device and send nothing anywhere. You can turn them off with the Reminders switch in the game's Settings, or in your device's Settings › Apps › Toy Belt › Notifications.
Your progress (current level, coins, power-ups, hearts, rewards and settings such as sound) is saved only on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
The game asks for one permission: notifications (Android 13 and later), and only after you tap "Yes" on the game's own Reminders card. Saying no changes nothing in the game. It also uses the internet (for ads, analytics and settings) and vibration for haptic feedback.
The game is not directed at children under 13.
If a future version changes what is collected, we will update this policy before that version is released.
